Terms of Use of Services, Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

ELOPE IN PORTUGAL is a project by the company CONPLAN – Consultores de Planeamento, Ltd., a Portuguese Company, with VAT /TAX Number 501595953, which is responsible for defining the rules and conditions of the services to be provided, the privacy policy and the protection of personal data, in accordance with applicable European and national legislation.

1. Services and Partnerships

'CONPLAN within the scope of ELOPE IN PORTUGAL, as named in this document, provides management services: planning, organization and execution of elopement weddings, intimate wedding requests, renewal of vows, wedding anniversaries and any other events that fall within its competences.

For the realization of the events, ELOPE IN PORTUGAL established partnerships with different entities in the areas of their specialty to ensure the maximum quality of the services.

2. Proposals, contracts and exclusions

The services to be hired will be the subject of a proposal which, if accepted, will be attached to the contract to be signed between 'CONPLAN/ELOPE IN PORTUGAL and the Couple or the Hirer.

All services that are not expressly contracted and described in the proposal/contract will be excluded, namely night photo sessions and fees, licenses, registrations and travel.

CONPLAN/ELOPE IN PORTUGAL is not responsible for contracting third parties or services that are not expressly described in the proposal presented and/or contract to be signed.

CONPLAN/ELOPE IN PORTUGAL (www.elopeinportugal.pt and www.elopeinportugal.com) do not assume any responsibility for access to information and purchases on sites that do not belong to the company and whose access came from this site, namely in case of computer virus or disclosure of personal data.

3. Personal Data

In accordance with the Privacy and Protection of Personal Data Policy, ELOPE IN PORTUGAL requests the personal data necessary for the presentation of budgets, proposals, conclusion of contracts and dissemination of its services and its partners.

This data, on elopeinportugal.pt, are in the contact forms. Other personal data may be requested for contracting and carrying out the awarded services.

The processing of data will be carried out just for the necessary to realise the purposes for which are intended and in accordance with the European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data.

We do not sell, assign or transmit personal data to other entities in any way, except when requested to disclose it within the scope of legal obligations.

4. Access, rectification and erase of personal data

The users are responsible for indicating true personal data and may request ELOPE IN PORTUGAL to consult their personal data, having the right to rectify it and request to be deleted, through the email love@elopeinportugal.pt

However, the eraser is subject to the legal and contractual obligations assumed by the Parties.

5.Cookies

The website www.elopeinportugal.pt uses cookies and other related technologies, whenever the user visits the website or accesses the services.

ELOPE IN PORTUGAL may keep personal information for the necessary time to provide services and to comply with any legal obligations and in accordance with company policy.
