Yes. Your celebration can be just for the couple or include up to 30 guests. The setting, transport, ceremony and dining arrangements are planned around your group. Venue capacity and additional costs are confirmed in your proposal.

Experiences for the couple start from €3,900, VAT included, with location guidance, full planning and coordination, a personalised symbolic ceremony, up to 4 hours of photography, a bouquet and buttonhole, sparkling wine or sparkling tea, and a Keepsake Box with your printed ceremony book, symbolic certificate and celebration timeline.

The €5,000 experience, VAT included, is also priced for the couple and includes 5 hours of photography, hair and makeup, and private transport with a chauffeur.

Bringing guests may require different venue arrangements, additional transport and other services. These costs are itemised in your personalised proposal.

Venue hire, entrance fees, permissions and optional services are quoted separately where applicable. Additional travel or accommodation costs may also apply. Your proposal identifies the included services and any additional charges.

Contact us once you have a preferred date or season. Starting earlier gives you more choice of venues and partners, particularly for popular dates or locations that require advance permission. Requests at shorter notice are assessed according to availability.

If you wish to marry legally in Portugal, the process and timing need to be assessed for your circumstances. We recommend starting the legal marriage process six months before your wedding.

Your proposal sets out the services, price and validity period. Your booking is confirmed once the agreement is signed and the reservation payment is received. The remaining payments follow the schedule in your agreement.

Our first conversation helps us understand your preferences and gather the information needed for your proposal. Detailed planning, the itinerary and partner coordination begin after your agreement is signed and the reservation payment is received. Meetings can take place online.

We consider your preferred atmosphere, privacy, guest numbers, access, travel distances and budget. We also check availability, permissions and visitor patterns. Exclusive use depends on the arrangements agreed with the venue.

During planning, we agree alternatives based on the spaces and sheltered areas available. We monitor the weather as your date approaches and coordinate the agreed adjustments. Changes of location or timing, and any associated costs, depend on the arrangements in your agreement.

Yes. Your symbolic ceremony is written around your story, preferences and chosen tone. You can write your own vows or ask your celebrant for guidance. Family and friends may contribute readings or other meaningful moments. Ceremony languages are agreed in your proposal.

No. A symbolic ceremony and its commemorative certificate do not create a legal marriage. If you wish to marry legally in Portugal, we can arrange an initial assessment of the support you require. Legal marriage assistance is a separate service, with its own quotation.

Only with your permission. There is no obligation to appear on our website or social media. Your privacy preferences and publication permissions are agreed during planning with the partners involved.
